Why we built this

It started with a dad who wouldn't touch his own website.

He's perfectly capable of editing a web page. He just doesn't want to fool with it, and every time the business grew, the website fell further behind: old hours, a person who'd left, a service nobody offered any more.

Do I need to log in to anything?

No. You email us. You tap "approve" on a preview. That's the whole job on your side.

Who owns my domain and my site?

You do. Your domain stays registered in your name; we're only a delegated editor for its DNS. You can export your whole site any time, free.

What happens if my site goes down at 3 a.m.?

It's served from a global edge network, not a single server, and it's probed from outside every five minutes. If a change ever breaks something it's rolled back automatically and we're notified.

How fast are changes?

Routine changes get a preview within one business day, usually within the hour. Concierge is same-day.

Can I keep my current site as it is?

We rebuild every site onto our foundation so we can keep it right, reliably. The rebuild is part of getting started, and you approve it before anything switches over.

What if I cancel?

Month to month, no contract. Your site keeps serving for 30 days after you cancel and you receive a full export of everything.
